The Davis Pledge
As your Regional and City Council representative, I pledge:

To never forget that I am elected by the people and to be representative of the people of Ward 4.

To respond to your enquiries within 48 hours.

To listen to your concerns, ideas, and thoughts as meaningful public consultation.

To represent your views to the best of my ability at both City and Regional Council meetings.

To work with you, city hall staff, and external agencies and all interested parties, to find amicable solutions if problems arise.

To improve Ward 4 and the City of Oshawa, economically, socially, and politically.

To advocate for greater Accountability and Transparency on how your tax dollars are spent.

To work with the elected City Councillor for Ward 4, to provide effective and efficient Ward representation and cooperatively work with Council for the greater good of our City.

To always ask the ‘tough questions’ necessary for proper due diligence in the decision-making process.

To never take for granted your support, that will allow me to be your duly elected representative.

I dropped by the Biltmore Theatre today to present Diana with this sign.
I made a pledge to Julius Kedvessy to help open the Biltmore Theatre, and when he suddenly passed away, that commitment lived on.
I stepped up in that very difficult time to assist the family through their grief and the business opening during the Pandemic, and I am extremely proud of the legacy that has evolved.
This sign from Treehouse Brewery emboldens the memory of Julius, fresh ideas, keep cool/cold, bright colours for effect, and an extremely impressive product.
My pledge is my word, and I stand by my word.
